Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 November 2026. These terms apply to the GAtrends website and service (the “Service”). The Service is operated by its owner (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them. Questions: support@gatrends.com.
1. The Service
GAtrends (Get Anomaly Trends) watches keywords you choose across public sources such as news, search, Wikipedia and communities, detects unusual changes and sends you alerts, including in Telegram and through connections to AI assistants. The Service is currently in early access and features, limits and prices may change.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your access details secret and for activity under your account. You must give accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.
3. Plans, billing and renewal
Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown on the Pricing page at the time you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices are in US dollars and may be shown with local taxes at checkout. We will tell you before a price change takes effect for your subscription.
4. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to your purchase.
5. Refunds
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to break or overload it, to access other users’ data, to resell raw data without permission, or to use it for unlawful activity. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.
7. Data and accuracy
Signals are generated automatically from third-party public data. They can be late, incomplete or wrong, and a spike does not guarantee that a topic will keep growing. The Service is for information only and is not financial, legal or investment advice. You decide what to do with it.
8. Availability
We work to keep the Service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. Sources we rely on may change or stop working.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its design and code belong to us. You keep your own content, such as your keyword lists. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service while your access is active. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners; GAtrends is not affiliated with Google.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. When access ends, your right to use the Service ends.
11. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email or on the site. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
